Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actor and singer from the United States. Her best-recognition was for her performances in Nashville, the 2012 drama, as Layla Grant. She also was awarded the prize in Sharknado 2013, where she played Claudia Shepard. In addition, she played the title role in the film Jem and the Holograms, (2015). Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She has a sister who is named Ally. Aubrey was a part-time performer for ten years in the Orlando Repertory Theatre. Aubrey is a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School and was named valedictory for this class in 2012 after she graduated. Harvard University accepted her but accepted her entry two times the second time to accept her role in Nashville. Peeples played as a character in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) as and Grey's Anatomy (2005). Also, she had a regular role in Necessary Rustiness (1991). She appeared on television as a character in Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 as well as The Good Mother. She was a part of the cast for the role of a major regular in an episode of the show drama Nashville with the character Layla Grant. Peeples discussed her bipolar illness during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire identified Peeples on September 14, 2014, as being one of the nation's top young actors.
